Notice is hereby given that the Amador County Transportation Commission (ACTC) will consider adoption of amendments to Appendices “A”; Designated Employees, and “B”; Disclosure Categories. Pursuant to Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) guidelines, the proposed amendments are intended to include all employees who participate in the making of governmental decisions and are covered by the Code’s Conflict of Interest disclosure requirements.
A copy of the proposed amendments and a written explanation of the reasons for the designations and the disclosure responsibilities is available at the ACTC office located at 117 Valley View Way, Sutter Creek, CA 95685 for public review. A written comment period has been established commencing on October 9th and terminating on November 25th. Public comments may be submitted in writing to the ACTC at the above address and/or they may be presented verbally to the Commission when the item is agendized for consider and action at its regularly scheduled meeting, held at 9:00 a.m. on December 3, 2020, via Zoom Conferencing. Notice of Public Hearing Concerning Transit Needs

Notice is hereby given that the Amador County Transportation Commission (ACTC) will hold a public hearing to consider transit needs in Amador County. Due to COVID-19, the hearing will be held during the Amador County Transportation Commission board meeting via Zoom Conferencing, on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., at which time and place any and all interested persons may be heard. All persons electing to speak should identify the route that is underserved, the population (number of citizens) that is underserved, and the geographic area that is underserved. Suggestions to resolving the deficiencies are encouraged.
Person who are transit dependent or transportation disadvantaged and who would require public transportation to attend the hearing should contact Amador Transit at 209-267-9395 during normal working hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) and no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 30, 2020.
