Notice is hereby given that the Amador County Transportation Commission (ACTC) will consider adoption of amendments to Appendices “A”; Designated Employees, and “B”; Disclosure Categories. Pursuant to Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) guidelines, the proposed amendments are intended to include all employees who participate in the making of governmental decisions and are covered by the Code’s Conflict of Interest disclosure requirements.
A copy of the proposed amendments and a written explanation of the reasons for the designations and the disclosure responsibilities is available at the ACTC office located at 117 Valley View Way, Sutter Creek, CA 95685 for public review. A written comment period has been established commencing on October 9th and terminating on November 25th. Public comments may be submitted in writing to the ACTC at the above address and/or they may be presented verbally to the Commission when the item is agendized for consider and action at its regularly scheduled meeting, held at 9:00 a.m. on December 3, 2020, via Zoom Conferencing.
